ABOUT ME
Mr. Hendrick is the Computer teacher for 4th-8th grades. He also teaches 6th and 7th Grade Religion
Mr. Hendrick is originally from Northern Virginia, moved to Southern Maryland in 2003. He attended Mother Catherine Spalding School until graduation in 2007 and went on to St. Mary’s Ryken High School graduating in 2011. He attended the College of Southern Maryland for two years before transferring to Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, Florida in 2013. He graduated in 2016 with a B.A in Theology.
Matthew became involved in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church activities, such as Altar Serving, helping with the Fall Dinner, Vacation Bible School and CCD. He has found he enjoys sharing his faith with others. Through training new Altar Servers at St. Joseph’s, Matthew learned more about the Mass and strengthened his Catholic faith. He is looking forward to the new adventure of teaching computers, which was one of his favorite subjects in school, and being a part of the Mother Catherine Academy family.
